I am from Yorkshire in the UK, but moved to SE Asia around 10 years ago. I'm an engineer by profession and learnt to dive in the Solomon Islands in the late 80's. I first picked up an underwater camera in 2012, and a DSLR in 2013. I now shoot a Nikon D3s with a Seacam housing.
I love both topside and underwater wildlife photography and I try to travel 2-3 months a year to engage in my passion. For me, photography is so important because I hope that the more people can see what's below the waves the more people will want to protect the ocean.
